Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

* Item remains in original packaging
* Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

* Order number
* Photos of the product
* Photos of the packaging

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
